Mortgages are not the most exciting of subjects, but that’s where I come in. I don’t need you to be passionate about your borrowing, because I am!
I promise to treat you as an individual, talk you through the process from start to finish, and ensure you receive excellent service every step of the way.
I warn you now, I don’t have corporate suits (I tried it in the 90’s and it's just not me!), but that doesn’t impact on the quality of advice you receive or our attention to detail. My aim is to make you as comfortable about your mortgage as I am in my jeans when walking the dogs!

"Don't be fooled by my dogs' attentive gaze, they were being bribed with West Country Cheese! Although not official members of the team, they do play their part in keeping us fit and on the ball.
Apologies in advance if you hear them in the background. They are often in the office and love to be heard!"

My Fees
At Five Valley Mortgages I pride myself on communicating clearly with my clients, and that starts at the very beginning by being up-front about fees.
Even a small difference in mortgage rates can save you thousands in interest over the life of a mortgage. With access to a wide range of mortgage lenders (including some that only work via brokers) I shop around on your behalf to get you the deal that's right for you. I always start with a free no obligation mortgage review. This will help me work out how much you can borrow, your individual circumstances and what you are looking to do with your mortgage loan. I will also discuss exactly what you’ll need to pay so you don’t have to worry about any hidden or unexpected costs.

What you'll pay
Following a consultation I will present you with a Key Facts Illustration, which will include my fees. Here are a few simple facts about my fees:
My typical fee is £595
I may receive commission from the mortgage lender in addition to the fee that I have charged you, which I will also retain (it's payment for the work I do for them)

Areas I Cover
Whilst I have helped clients all over the UK, I mostly cover Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, and in particular Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester, Tewkesbury, Stonehouse, Nailsworth, Swindon and Bristol.
